Solved the problem! Myself and my neighbours were being plagued by rats running around in our lofts, Christian and Rick were keen to get to the route of the problem rather than trapping and poisoning, turns out there theory was correct.... The issue was with the drains, after fitting flaps in our drains, were now about 6 weeks in and no sign of the rats! Would highly recommend these guys!
